Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

• Standard Orders: Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days, subject to the quantity purchased.
•  Express Orders: Orders are prioritized and dispatched within 48-72 hours.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Tier 1 Cities: Delivery within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Tier 2 Cities: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Tier 3 Cities & North Eastern Regions: Delivery may take up to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines are subject to potential delays arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

1.     Customizations to products, Iterations to designs and development.

2.     Natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or flooding.

3.     Festivals, public holidays, or government-imposed curfews.

4.     Operational disruptions at courier partner facilities.

Shipping Address & Packaging

• Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Customers are requested to ensure the accuracy of the shipping details, as modifications cannot be made post-order confirmation.
• All shipments are meticulously packed and sealed in eco-friendly corrugated boxes designed to preserve the integrity of the contents during transit.
• Every package is prepared with the utmost care and attention, accompanied by a personalized note from our team.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Upon placing an order, customers will receive an email confirming the order details.
• A subsequent email will be sent at the time of dispatch, providing the order number, delivery address, and tracking details.
• Customers are advised to check their spam or junk email folders if these notifications are not received in their inbox.

Return of Parcels Due to Incorrect Address

●      Parcels returned to us due to inaccurate shipping details or failure to collect will not qualify for a refund of the original shipping charges, as courier services do not provide refunds for utilized postage.
